NW Masters: WFEL’s US boost as finalists share success stories

BRIDGE maker WFEL was one of a number of companies which shared success stories at the North West Business Masters event yesterday, revealing a new £40m order with the US Department of Defense.

The Heaton Mersey-based company, which is backed by private equity house Dunedin, revealed that it had landed the order shortly before picking up the North West Manufacturer of the Year prize at the 2nd annual North West Business Masters event, which was held at Manchester's Midland hotel yesterday afternoon.
