New tenant joins Downing’s Liverpool business district site
Liberty INTL Sales & Marketing (UK) has made the move to the heart of Liverpool's business district, taking a flexi-office at developer Downing’s No.1 Old Hall Street development.
The sales and marketing company will join a number of fast-growing SMEs at the landmark building.
These include existing resident business, clothing retailer Vita Lusso, which has recently expanded into a larger flexi-office suite within the building following sustained growth.
