Just twelve months after setting up new offices in the North West a construction firm has moved into new offices. GMI Construction Group expanded into larger premises following strong growth with a current contract value close to £100m in the region. The Leeds firm has expanded into 3,500 sq ft of space in Carvers Warehouse on Dale Street in the Piccadilly Basin area of Manchester city centre. It has agreed terms with landlord Town Centre Securities in the building which is the city’s oldest surviving stone-built warehouse...
