New laws proposed to boost funding for small businesses

New new laws are being put forward to arm small businesses against unfair contracts that stop them raising money from unpaid invoices, the Government announced today. Small Business Minister Kelly Tolhurst said the new laws will make it easier for small businesses to access invoice finance.
