Passengers warned to expect delays due to rail strikes across the region
Rail passengers have been warned to be prepared for a series of strikes over the next five weekends.
The RMT union has announced a series of planned strikes on consecutive Saturdays.
A spokesman for Northern said: “We are concentrating our efforts on running as many services as possible to keep our customers moving and will publish details of timetables for each of these days of RMT strike action as soon as we have them.
