Dean Wilson, the man behind the Olive tree brasserie brand, is opening his latest venue in Lytham as part of a national expansion.
Fresh from opening a Greek/Mediterranean restaurant in Cheshire’s Stockton Heath Dean is now focusing on opening another 110 seater venue in Lytham before the Autumn.
Dean who has spent ten years working in the North West, said opening in Lytham’s ‘restaurant hub and foodie quarter’ was a dream come true....
