Interim chief executive appointment for new development company
Following a formal recruitment process, Colin Sinclair, chief executive of Knowledge Quarter Liverpool (KQ Liverpool), has taken up the dual role of Interim CEO of the newly-formed Knowledge Quarter Development Company.
