Fast growing medical firm appoints new finance boss
Specialist medical firm Vernacare has appointed a new chief finance officer.
The firm, which is based in Bolton and Chorley, has taken on Nicola Boulton who will have responsibility for finance, business planning and HR.
Nicola joined the business four years ago as financial controller and helped manage a phase of rapid growth for the company.
This included Vernacare's 2015 management buyout – led by majority shareholder Palatine Private Equity – and the recent acquisition of Chorley-based Synergy Healthcare Consumable So...
