Manchester’s latest addition to the bar and restaurant scene has come up with a novel way to recruit staff.
The new restaurant at the Radisson Blu Edwardian hotel on Peter Street is looking to take on 60 new workers.
And the owners Edwardian Hotels London will be holding casting sessions to find suitable workers.
The hotel is one of three five-star hotels in the city centre and is launching a concept in the autumn which has proved to be a big hit in London.
