Work starts on £5.1m housing schemes in Salford

City West Housing Trust has started work on the £5.1m development of 54 new-build homes in Salford. The landlord, which is part of the ForViva Group and owns and manages 14,800 homes, is building the properties in Salford, which will be available for affordable rent in Little Hulton and Walkden.
