The brand and assets of Manchester-based online music platform Beatroot Music have been bought by an American business. Made in Memphis Entertainment, a music studio, record label and publishing platform founded by songwriter and producer David Porter, has paid an undisclosed sum for Beatroot’s intellectual property and other assets.
