Bury business park to undergo £4m regeneration
Warth Business Park in Bury is set to undergo £4m of investment by regeneration specialist St Modwen.
St Modwen’s investment into the 14.3-acre site is underpinned by increasing confidence in the local market and a lack of available office and industrial space in the Bury area.
