Salford Central resi site set for £5m apartment building

Construction Partnership UK (CPUK Group) has won the contract to build a £5m apartment scheme in one of the last remaining vacant plots at Chapel Street in Salford. Altrincham developer Novo Property Group has appointed the West Lancashire-based firm to build the Albert Vaults, an eight storey building with 25 apartments and a commercial unit at the corner of Chapel Street and Spaw Street.
