Shops units sold for £750K
Retail facility Lime Green Parade at Limeside in Oldham has been sold by Manchester-based Roger Hannah & Co on behalf of Rowlinson Investments for more than £750,000 to investors based in the South.
The parade, anchored by a Spar convenience store is fully let with a rental of £58,700 a year and the deal represents a net yield of 7.2%.
