Housebuilder snaps up prime Cheshire development site for £10m plus

National strategic land company Richborough Estates has completed the sale of a 25-acre development site in Cheshire to housebuilder David Wilson Homes for more than £10m. Sitting on the western edge of the historic market town of Congleton in the prestigious Somerford Triangle, the site is known as Black Firs Park. Prior to the sale, Richborough Estates secured planning consent for the delivery of 170 homes of between one and five bedrooms on the site, in mews, detached and semi-detached styles.
