Property investment and development company Munroe K has revealed exclusive images of a new multi-million-pound masterplan for the next chapter of the brownfield space next to White Rose Office Park.
David Aspin, chief executive of Munroe K, said the £300m-£400m Icon development on the 72-acre site next to the White Rose Office Park would be a "game changer."
