Plans for 53 new studio flats in Nottingham get green light
Plans to build 56 studio flats that will be used as either serviced accommodation or student flats have been given the green light by Nottingham City Council.
Saint Marks Property Co. will demolish the existing buildings and develop the flats on 12-14 St Marks Street in Nottingham city centre.
