National accountancy firm opens Notts office following acquisition

Accountancy firm Haines Watts has expanded into Nottinghamshire following the acquisition of Ling Phipp for an undisclosed sum. The Stapleford office of Ling Phipp, which was founded in 1974 and employs 24 staff, has been rebranded Haines Watts following the acquisition, supported by Nelsons’ corporate partner David Kaplan.
