Housebuilder set to create 360 East Mids jobs
Chesterfield housebuilder Avant Homes Central has begun construction on a new £20m development of 75 homes in Woodthorpe, and has revealed it is set to create 360 jobs.
Called De Rhodes Point and situated off Cranleigh Road, the 9-acre development will provide a mix of three-, four- and five-bedroom homes.
Groundworks are underway and showhomes will be ready to view in January 2019. The first homes are expected to go on sale in October 2018 and be ready for occupation in Spring 2019.
