Senior hire for Sladen Estates
Derbyshire developer Sladen Estates has added to its senior team with the appointment of Paul Ruane as its new projects director.
Ruane brings 20 years’ experience in the industry to the firm and joins after spending ten years as deputy director of estates and head of property at the University of Derby.
