Events company expands in Loughborough
A growing events company has taken a 12,375 sq ft warehouse on the Swingbridge Trading Estate in Loughborough.
Event Engineering has expanded onto the estate in a deal brokered by Richard Sutton at NG Chartered Surveyors.
Sutton secured the deal at Unit 13/14 on Kernan Drive for the estate's new owners Craigard Ltd having acted for the former owners Catalyst Capital prior to the estate's recent sale.
