65-bed student accommodation on prime Nottingham site given green light
Plans for 67 student bedroom on the edge of the Lace Market have been given the green light by Nottingham City Council.
Grace Machin put forward the planning application for the scheme on behalf of PSG SSAS Trustees and PSG SIPP Trustees on a site or former almhouses where Cliff Road, Canal Street and Pemberton Street meet.
Plans include a cafe, games room, cinema and laundry – all for residents only.
