Plans for a 94-bed student apartment scheme near the Jewry Wall Museum in Leicester have been submitted to the City Council. According to reports in the Leicester Mercury, the site is currently home to an industrial and storage building owned by clothing firm City Styles. It is reported that City Styles has bought a larger unit in Parker Drive, off Blackbird Road and the St Nicholas Circle factory will be demolished.
