Major Leicester office letting revealed
Real Estate Investors plc (REI) has announced a major office letting in Leicester.
The AIM-listed real estate investment trust has let just over 14,000 sq ft in Peat House, Leicester, to Charles Alexander Distribution.
The Leicester-based distributor of promotional merchandise has taken the whole of the first floor and part of the second at a new rental high for Peat House of £13.75 per sq ft.
Other tenants include Bellrock FM which occupies 21,715 sq ft, Innes England and accountants KMPG.
