Nottingham headquartered construction firm Clegg has landed a £6.2m contract to build a new Premier Inn hotel in Leeds. The company is the main contractor for the scheme at the Arndale Centre in Headingley. The £6.2m contract on behalf of Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust (SREIT) involves the redevelopment of Arndale House – a 1960’s vacant office block comprising 4,000 square metres over nine storeys.
